Romantic in Grey

This dresser was in a really bad way, it was being thrown out by a neighbour, so I dragged it home to save!

It had no personality to me, so I decided to add a little bit of romance. I created a raised stencil using dry wall compound. Then painted my own mix of chalk paint in a DIY soft grey.





Dry brushed over the stencil to highlight the details





Added the stencil on the top too. The whole piece was sealed with a water based varnish.
